had gone thru a pretty hectic weekend..
had trg on sat, slpt throughout the noon only to find out i haven done any revision/hw blah. tats a very disgusting feeling. nxt time must set my alarm.
came sunday, Surf n' Sweat @ sentosa!! the race starts at ~12.15. played volleyball and monkey while waiting. i hoped all of us can enjoy this day b4 killing trgs start nxt week.. ): . saw wang peng! so happy cos i haven see and talk to him for a long time.. haven change tat much i think....
we were supposed to paddle into the sea and back and run for 3~4k. i couldn't turn my surfboard over lah wat a bad start. aileen wasted her time to help me overturn the board, i dunno if is i dun have the strength or i dun hav skill the board jus dun wan to get into the sea no matter how hard i paddle. struggle like fish den finally ok.. den i saw the ropes floating beside me den i jus grab it and pull myself forward till a turn already the rest was far away frm me.. later did i realised that the CJ ppl called me a cheat aft the race. lol... hmm i call tat a clever shortcut lah.. but i tot i was quite evil aft everything. had few gd laffs abt it.. [n won 3rd prize] i've decided not to keep all the ripcurl prizes and share with some lucky frens. hahahhh we played dunking and some lame games with the sand pit the girls made.. this was 1 of the best cross outing i ever had. we all got sunburnt in the end.
every1 was obviously tired aft sun, but we trained aft all. 200x4 was gd i tot.. cld feel us improving by seeing some were consistently ahead of me and the new girls not far away from us. tink tats great lah. i had 1 of the happiest fartlek runs later on... counting every min with pris and chionging 2gether with eunice at the end. i tink i'm starting to like getting whacked. we ended by singing the sch anthemn 2gether and seeing the b'day boy ronghua getting dunked ewww.
sch is so boring when we got 3-d trigo. who cares abt 3-d figures and angles. i find it quite lame lah. it's like self entertainment lor. nvm lor i'll entertain myself and meow lang will entertain us when she start the tutorial. its sad to see her face sometimes..
