i'm so tired! weekends r really busy.. ytd was an interesting day though. i had this customer who had called for satay but all the orders are jammed and everyone is mad at us.. he's quite unhappy and his wife can see quite buay song too.. i cld do nth but keep apologizing and tell them to wait.. in the end he said he dun wan to wait anymore and cancelled the order. and then i assume his father in law stormed in and shouted at everyone.. i really meant shouted. he shouted at me right in the face too.. though i was listening his words but at the same time i was observing his face haha.. he look an ah pek elf.. anw there are lots of ppl waiting in their hses for their satays and food and we cldn't get to everybody in time and so i was told to book a taxi and send the satay to this place.. i was thinking that she will scold me or shortchange me when i reached, but then she dun look angry.. i kept saying sorry and explained our situation to her and then she took out 2 angbaos for me and the taxi driver.. thought only $2 but i got $10.. damn shiok haha.. customers are really unpredictable..
